Bert Livingston is an independent financial representative of National Financial Services Group in Jacksonville. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bert enjoys the responsibilities that come with advising clients who seek the benefit of his knowledge, experience and insight regarding their financial portfolios. 

Raised in Bloomfield, Connecticut, Bert has been a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since 1978. He graduated from Jacksonville University with a degree in business management. Over his extensive and successful career, Bert has been the recipient of numerous awards of excellence within the corporate planning community. 

Bert regularly works with business owners, executives, professionals and retirees regarding their financial goals and aspirations. He draws upon his nearly 30 years of experience as well as an extensive local and national network of professional alliances - with CPAs, estate and trust attorneys, insurance underwriters, and other specialists - to provide his clients with top advice and excellence in service. He is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Grand American Road Racing and Small Business Resources Network (SBRN) - a local network of business professionals who work specifically with small businesses.

Over the years, Bert has developed a sincere respect for various charities and non-profit organizations. He is a trustee for the Harry and Sylvia Livingston Philanthropic Fund as well as the Bert and Demetria Livingston Charitable Remainder Trust. He also enjoys assisting individuals in establishing their own family Donor Advised Funds, Charitable Trusts and Scholarship/Endowments. 

Bert is a board member of the National Committee on Planned Giving, (NCPG) and the 2006-2007 Chairman of the American Heart Association Community Volunteer Board, in Northeast Florida. He has also been involved with local charitable organizations such as March of Dimes, Jacksonville University, Boggy Creek Camp, and I.M Sulzbacher Homeless Shelter. 

Bert enjoys his close relationships, travel, and exercise. He has been married to Demetria for over 25 years, and has one daughter, Emily.
