Cyrus offers clients the benefit of his many years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He has been with NFSG since 2002 and is President of Hancock Financial Solutions.

A native of Lebanon, TN, Cyrus attended Alabama A & M University on a football scholarship and earned a B.S. in Business Administration. After a successful college career, Cyrus advanced into an equally successful professional vocation. His expertise covers a myriad of financial services areas such as retirement planning, charitable gifting, mortgage lending, consumer lending, insurance sales, annuity sales and relationship development.

Cyrus is a firm believer in a well structured and well designed financial portfolio, and assists his clients in overcoming their challenges and working towards achieving their desired financial goals. "Plan as if your demise was tomorrow, while saving as if you will live forever" is his advice to clients.

Evidence of his commitment to excellence in the industry and to giving back to his community is substantiated in Cyrus’ professional and industry affiliations. He is an active member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors), Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and 100 Black Men of America – a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering youth and their families while positively impacting the African American community. Cyrus also serves on the Advisory Board of CEO Academy, a business leadership academy for "at risk" youth and volunteers his time as a resource to the charitable gifting offices of several colleges and universities.

Cyrus is married to the lovely Tamara and is the father of three extraordinary children, Cymara, Lyric and Tylus. He is associate minister at Corona First Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, TN and resides in Marietta, GA.
