Joining National Financial Services Group in 2010, Joey decided to enter the financial services industry because he believes that life insurance is an important family foundation and that it is a family’s obligation to build a financial future for their children. Joey is licensed in Long-Term Care Insurance and implementing strategies that will help lead to a secure financial future allows him to pursue his goal of providing knowledge and comfort to his clients.

Prior to joining NFSG, Joey was a sales representative for Lance, Inc. and Mayfield Dairy Farms. While employed with Lance, Inc. Joey was awarded the MVP of Sales Award for the Atlanta division for 2008 and 2009.

Serving as a member of the Gilmer County Chamber of Commerce, Joey understands the importance of the small businesses in the county and how they support the area. Joey specializes in working with small business owners as well as individuals to help them establish financial strategies that fit with their specific financial needs.

Joey resides in Ellijay with his wife Lindy, a teacher in Gilmer County, and their son Gabe. They are members of Etowah Valley Baptist Church. Joey is an ordained preacher who has previously pastored two churches, but is currently doing the work of an evangelist. In his free time, Joey enjoys spending time with his family, reading God’s Word, and attending football games at the University of Georgia. He also enjoys traveling, fly-fishing and spending time outdoors.
