Haynes entered the financial services industry in 1969 and has enjoyed an enduring successful career with NFSG since 1978. Since 2001, Haynes has served his clients by providing financial services with the LEAP SYSTEM, using its format known as Personal Financial Engineering. He has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning strategies, pension design and implementation, group medical plans, business buy-sell / continuation agreements, and life and disability insurance.  

Haynes holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University. Later, he earned a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, a highly respected designation in the life insurance profession. He also earned a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)® designation from the American College. Haynes is insurance-licensed in Georgia.

A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Haynes has been a resident of Atlanta, Georgia since 1969. Haynes lives in Roswell, Georgia with Beverly, his wife of 35 years, and their two dogs, Grace and Glory. He spends his spare time making overseas ministry trips, attending Auburn football games and playing in the Auburn University Alumni Band. He enjoys gardening, music, reading and travel. Haynes is on the Board of Directors for Ambassadors for Christ.
